My name is Eva, and I was born in a small village in a tiny country called Slovenia, nestled between Italy and Croatia. From an early age, I carried a deep sense of empathy, humanity, and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
But my adventurous soul wanted more. Growing up, I often felt like I didn’t quite belong. I sensed there was more to life and longed for an open-minded environment where I could fully live up to my potential, think creatively, and explore ideas beyond the ordinary.
I’ve always been fascinated by human history, behavior patterns, psychology, and what truly shapes our lives. I wanted to understand how society impacts us and how we can live meaningful, fulfilled lives, without falling into hedonism, superficial “be positive” advice, or empty motivational clichés.
This curiosity led me to study Theology and later pursue a master’s degree in Systematic Family Therapy. There, I explored family relationships, how deeply they influence us, and what we can do to improve our lives and even contribute to society as individuals.
To answer my calling, I volunteered on a distress helpline, where I honed my empathy and listening skills, guiding people through challenging times and helping them discover their next possible steps.
After finishing my studies, I moved to Switzerland with the father of my daughter. I still live here today, blessed with an amazing five-year-old daughter who has taught me so much about life.
Yet, my experience as an expat was far from easy. I arrived in Switzerland without knowing any German, which made life challenging despite my education. A surprise pregnancy shortly after moving, followed by the pandemic hitting just before I gave birth, added layers of difficulty.
I found myself in an unknown environment, without family support, navigating parenting, the local system, and a job market devastated by unemployment. Honestly, even writing about it now gives me chills.
Here’s the honest truth: I almost gave up. I felt angry, dissatisfied, anxious, and a bit depressed. I felt frozen, simply waiting for the days to pass. The only thing that kept me going was my daughter; I wanted to enjoy her baby and toddler years as much as I could. Still, I felt like a failure.
But time passed, and slowly I realized that the power to change my life was in my hands. I had to start working on myself: to regain confidence, release the constant knot in my stomach, learn German, explore work opportunities, and reconnect with who I truly am.
The journey began inward. I started being honest and authentic with myself, discovering my happiness, my talents, and who I wanted to become. I walked this path using nervous system techniques, journaling, meditation, exercises, and small but powerful challenges.

Me 2020

Me 2023
Once I rebuilt my inner foundation, I created a practical plan with achievable steps, small actions I could manage even with a young child. I learned German, found ways to support myself, and reconnected with my true passion: helping others.
And now, here I am: a coach, using empathy and my listening skills to guide you toward your own happy ending, your soul’s purpose, and your authenticity. I help you navigate anxiety, overwhelm, grief, guilt, or anything else you may be feeling. I will be the guide I needed but couldn’t find.
I’ve walked this path of transformation alone, so you don’t have to.
Over the years, I’ve turned my personal transformation and professional background into a meaningful practice.
I’ve had the honor of guiding many women through their own challenges—whether that was anxiety, divorce, overwhelm, self-doubt, or navigating major life transitions.
I help women who feel stuck, lost, or disconnected from themselves to:
calm their nervous system and release constant stress,
reconnect with their authentic self and values,
set realistic, empowering goals, and
create daily routines that support balance, confidence, and fulfillment.
My approach combines systematic family therapy knowledge, nervous system techniques, mindset coaching, journaling, and practical tools—so the changes are not just inspiring for a day, but lasting for a lifetime.
